These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the EC-261 Official Compensation service.

1. The service

EC-261 Official Compensation enables eligible passengers to confirm their identity and receive compensation under Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 where a payout has been arranged for a qualifying flight disruption.

2. Authorisation

By confirming the claim you certify that the information shown is accurate, that the claim is yours and that you authorise EC-261 Official Compensation to pay the compensation to the account you provide.

3. Fees

Use of the confirmation and payout service is free. We only deduct a fee from the compensation if the payout is completed successfully.

4. Liability

We act with due care but cannot guarantee that every presented claim is eligible or that a payout will succeed. Statutory liability remains unaffected.
